Subscription Box Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule

All subscription boxes ship on the 3rd of each month.

Orders placed on or before the 29th of the month will be included in the next shipment.

Orders placed after the 29th will ship in the following month’s cycle.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Timeframes
- Once shipped, boxes typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. customers.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Address Changes
- To ensure your box arrives on time, please update your shipping address before the monthly cutoff date.
- Address changes made after the cutoff may apply to the following month’s box.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Boxes
- If your box arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with you to replace the box or provide an appropriate solution.
Returns & Exchanges
- Because subscription boxes are curated and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If an item is defective, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Tracking Information
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your box leaves our facility.
