Subscription Box Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

  • All subscription boxes ship on the 3rd of each month.

  • Orders placed on or before the 29th of the month will be included in the next shipment.

  • Orders placed after the 29th will ship in the following month’s cycle.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once shipped, boxes typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. customers.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Address Changes

  • To ensure your box arrives on time, please update your shipping address before the monthly cutoff date.
  • Address changes made after the cutoff may apply to the following month’s box.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Boxes

  • If your box arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll work with you to replace the box or provide an appropriate solution.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because subscription boxes are curated and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If an item is defective, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Tracking Information

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your box leaves our facility.
