Every month you will receive a set of two cards:
- A Window into Global Wisdom: With this card we look to places like Japan, Ireland, and India to see how menstruation has been honored, both anciently and today. These "Culture Cards" provide the community and role models we often lack. They are a monthly reminder that you aren't just "bleeding"—you are participating in a sacred, global lineage.
- A Map of Your Own Biology: With this card we ground that history in the present with an "Education Card." Your body isn't the same every day, and it shouldn't be. These cards walk you through the biological shifts of each phase, helping you identify your unique strengths and the specific self-care your body is asking for in that moment.
My hope is that by the end of the year, these monthly arrivals will have helped you trade the old "shroud of shame" for a deep, educated sense of belonging.
